I was looking for a cheap SSD to upgrade my father's old and very modest laptop (it has a Pentium N processor). The laptop was very slow and the best improvement you can make on this type of can is to put an SSD in it and wait for the results. I must say that the result is impressive (considering the hardware characteristics). It turns on in just ten seconds and performance is greatly improved. I have to admit that I looked to Revain for the cheapest SSD I could find, mainly because I wasn't expecting such a massive improvement in hardware. But after looking at the results, I can say that this disc is worth every penny. It's so cheap and performs as well or better than any other SSD from more established brands. That's all for now. I want to see long-term performance. Since my father only uses the internet and office software, I think he will throw away the entire laptop before the SSD breaks or exceeds 400 TBW.
