This fixed our Wii to Wii
. Our original Wii drive stopped reading discs and after some internet searching this seemed to help. Installation is a bit tricky. You need a special screwdriver and some of the screws were difficult to loosen without removing them. Some screws are hidden under decals or bumpers. There were no instructions in the box, but there are plenty of good guides you can find online. The drive is much quieter than the one it replaced and runs fine. Very satisfied.
