I’d never used these "solid” gel polishes before and was excited to try them bc of the colors offered in this set. The pudding consistency polish takes a bit of getting used to in smooth application. It does smooth some once on the nail, probably from body heat. Coverage in about the same 2-3 coats as this company’s liquid gel polish, though, I can control liquid coverage more to a degree by thickness of coats. I don’t know durability or how long they will last on the nails yet, but they look nice.I knocked off a star bc a few of the colors are completely misrepresented in the product image. For instance, the darkest color on my nails is the darkest color in the set, which reads clearly as coolish mid-depth ruddy brown on the product photos and on the container label. It is a much cooler dark purple-leaning taupe in real life. This probably wouldn’t matter so much if I had not been buying the set, at least partially, for that particular color.**Edited to add - These "solid” pudding colors chip and wear quicker than the same brand liquid gel polish. Chipped after 2 weeks. I can wear the liquid 4 weeks sometimes. May be due to applying thinner coats to maintain smooth application, but I used the same number of top coat layers and still had issues with chipping.
