I only gave Easy to Install 3 stars because every car is different. I can only speak about them that I have installed on 2014 Explorer. And although the power plug is relatively inaccessible, it's still difficult to install. On both sides there is a small metal bracket with rubber plugs to which the hood is attached. Attachment with 2 small screws. Remove it and the hood stopper for easier access to the lamp. These LED bulbs are longer than traditional incandescent bulbs. It helps to loosen the inner screw at the top of the headlight housing closest to the center of the car (depending on which light you are installing) and take out the small tab that attaches to the hole at the top of the headlight housing fender. Might give just enough room to tilt the entire headlight assembly forward to align the LED bulb to get into the hole more easily. And pay attention to the bulb socket plug when removing the original bulb to align the correct sized tabs to lock into the hole with a quarter turn. And be very careful when you pull out the LED bulb so you don't catch your lips on anything. If the LED bulb pops out and gets stuck in the housing, you will have to remove the entire headlight assembly to shake it out of the hole. Don't ask me how I know that. So be careful! Otherwise, after they are all installed, the light is really bright! Just check them before you plug everything in and close, the light has 4 front turn signal sockets and only works one way. The brightness is great! VERY bright when blinking. And I thought maybe the light could be a bit brighter with the parking lights on, but I'm happy with that. I have Lasfit installed for all of my turn signal and reverse light bulbs and love the quality and brightness of them.
