Update: After our initial check we were contacted by the seller. We had great customer service! We were able to solve the shower head problem and now we love it! Very hard water will destroy the balls faster, so you may need to replace them more often. But overall we would recommend. We were so thrilled with this shower head. The first month was great! We had a lot of water pressure. However, in the last 30 days, it has started to lick and splash water from the top of the head. This morning it completely flooded the bathroom and splashed water everywhere. I wish there was more metal and less plastic in the head: we were very disappointed.
