I didn't even know paper cutting was expected of a 2.5 year old but it was one of the big tests my preborn twins were tested on. They loved it so I did some research and ordered these scissors. We used them 5 minutes after delivery and the girls did a really great job cutting the paper. They have a little plastic needle that you flip over to hold open to make cutting easier, and it really works. This might work a little too well as they require decent arm strength to fully close. My girls are under the recommended age so they have a few months to become stronger and more coordinated. Great couple to study!
