I got 16g 8mm for my day which is the perfect size especially for comfort and sleep. It is very sweet. I love it. I'm a little concerned that the gems will flatten out when the spin hoop and gems get into my hole, which would be painful, but that hasn't happened to date. I'll update if I have any reactions or blemishes but so far so good and looks great.
