Meter upgrade
I can't upgrade the meter according to the instructions Solid signal didn't help I spoke to a tech he said he didn't know anything about the Q2.0 target meter - said um holding the queue for about 10 minutes and the line was cut off. Since then I have tried 4 times to speak to the technician, they say they will give me the ball back but they never do. How would you rate this seller?
