I like how easy it is to set up new rules for different scenarios with this software! It's not as intuitive when you're first getting started but once you get used to all its features they become really helpful. You have options within multiple categories (elements) such an employee/client information or customer details etc so there isn't anything too complicated here if something needs changing just do some googling - most people will find their answer easily enough after doing one simple search from my experience using cortex over other systems i've tried before now where sometimes finding things was quite difficult even though others were easier than cortx overall. We needed help setting up our system quickly because we had no previous knowledge about creating automations ourselves.
