Review on 🔧 Motive Products 0101 Round Universal Power Brake System Bleeder by Loren Jacobson

I had high hopes for this product. I have a 2002 Tacoma with a manual transmission. I need to bleed the secondary clutch cylinder. If you've ever attempted to bleed a clutch system, you know what a colossal PITA job that can be! So I was very excited to try this product. After consulting manufacturer's website for application information. (The manufacturer offers several different adapters to choose from depending on the vehicle) I found that the manufacturer recommended a universal (101) kit for my vehicle. (Actually, I couldn't find much information specific to my truck model. The manufacturer simply stated that the universal fit is for round snap-on master cylinders like those commonly used in Toyotas.) In short, I don't know WHICH one universe this universal adapter fits my truck make and model, but I know it is NOT this universe! So I had to return the item. Which was disappointing because the concept of the product seems exciting. Who wouldn't want to make the tedious bleeding of the brakes or clutch easier?! But the recommended adapter didn't even come close to my truck (it was too big). Maybe it will work for other brands/models as well? But for my truck it was useless. (2002 Toyota Tacoma V6 4x4) At least the return process was easy.
