I have bought different brands. I like this one the best as it's the only one that still sprays with no problems. Others seem to require constant maintenance or refuse to work all together. I use this all the time as I add butter to most of my meals. I love that this atomizer allows me to downsize and only get what I need for cooking. I recently lost weight. about 6 pounds in the last month. Otherwise I haven't changed anything. I think this is the healthier option. I even sprinkled it on the pan to fry the eggs. worked great with a small amount. I like to use them for sesame oil and Worcestershire sauce.
