Upgraded from 3 stars to 1 star because the customer service is terrible! (((ATTENTION TO THE BUYER))) If you have any problems, you can expect rude answers and bad attitude from the seller. I said the RADIO was GREAT so I gave it 3 stars to begin with! but it has a broken power supply, but the seller won't do anything to fix this problem, I had to return it, but I was afraid that the seller would rip me off with correct answers and other negative reviews here. Also, it looks like the one I received was sent back sometime earlier, there weren't even papers, instructions or anything in the box anyway, just the radio and that bad adapter. I bought this radio in January, the radio itself works perfectly and I love it, but the power supply started buzzing very loudly last week and now I'm afraid to use the power supply. I contacted the seller and he first said the warranty was expired, then they contacted me again and offered to sell me a new adapter or I could return the radio. I love the radio, it works well and better than any other brands I have used, but I think getting a new adapter for 19.00 (including shipping) is not a fair price. I did nothing to screw up the adapter and the outlet was checked by an electrician friend who said there was nothing on my side just a bad adapter. So, be aware that if you buy this and have any problems, you may not be able to solve the problem satisfactorily from Reecom.
