Ordered from Revain. I bought it brand new as a gift, only today I opened it to my mother for Easter. The maximum volume for a call, not very high for an elderly person. When the volume of the voice is increased, it sounds like an echo. The volume on their old V-Tech phone is way louder as I only ordered this phone because it's great for the elderly/hard of hearing. Since it has been 30 days (about 40 days in total) since my purchase, it is non-refundable. The purchase failed.
