I'm correcting my review below after Amazing Bargains contacted me and corrected the situation by refunding $200 of the price. Mistakes happen and the sales manager assured me that they intend to check each item and price accordingly. While I'm not happy that I didn't receive what I thought I was buying, I understand that the quality control of "returns" purchases, inspections, and the pricing process has its ups and downs. I had to hire an HVAC specialist to evacuate and charge the mini split. He will come tomorrow. Let's hope the device works. The seller (Amazing Bargains) said it came with no line. What they didn't say was that it didn't come with a refrigerant and piping kit and that the unit has physical damage - the legs are bent and the case is bent where the refrigerant lines hook and the plastic cover over the valves on the refrigerant line malfunction. I thought I paid $1,000 and got robbed.
