I like this thing except the screw that keeps the head from swinging forward isn't tight enough. Also, this screw requires a hex wrench and the hole is very shallow, making it difficult to tighten enough and EASY to remove. My world turned into a comedy about trying never to touch my monitors. I have to have them both angle *slightly* up because when they become vertical they both suddenly fall to a horizontal position. They look stupid, they're all so wobbly, but I can't touch them and I have to do something. This is untenable; I have to send the stand back. That's ONE screw on each head, which is way too few for the job. Please, Mount-It!, take a look at these reviews. I see other people have complained. I'm assuming the screw is strong enough to work with a smaller monitor, but you advertise it will fit a 32" monitor, which is why I bought it. I have two standard HP 32s monitors with a Vesa adapter that are *perfect* for this system. My fingers constantly hurt when trying to tighten a screw that is too small to hold a 32" monitor. A screw! Please fix it! Everything else is just awesome. Well designed. Easy. Attractive. Easy to assemble. Flexible. I WANT TO SAVE THIS POSITION BUT IT WON'T WORK.
