Long bottom shorts
My daughter is 4 years old, 40 inches tall and wore about 5T. I ordered these skirts in size XS and the waistband is fitted and fits well with the extension. The shorts and skirt are longer than average which I like. Maybe it's because she's smaller than other girls who wear that size. The skirt hits below the knees and the shorts hit 3/4 of the hips.
