Installed the original shield after watching the video and installing carefully. No dents or drops but it broke from center to edge in a few weeks. There were no blisters. The bubbles then appeared as a progressively larger bubble until I removed them. I thought I had overstretched it when the blister and subsequent tear appeared and installed a backup. Sure enough, this one had a blister in the same way. I consciously resisted the urge to squeeze it out and let it run its course. After a few weeks it had the same bubble, ten tears, and I let go until the bubble had practically encased the top left quadrant of the screen. In general, it sucks that they seem to have the same error.
