I like the idea of haramaki and if you are a petite woman this might suit you but for women size 18-20 it will fit very stretched so it affects how much the length covers your torso. The material is also very thin. Arrived quickly and the color was as listed and it's definitely better than nothing when you're having cramps but it doesn't provide much heat at all so I use it to keep the heat pack in place not for its intended purpose . .
