Surprisingly good device
Took this on a recent trip. It is easy to transport and comes pre-loaded. Let's just say I'm not Julia Child when it comes to dice. It slices the ginger in 4 seconds and the onion in 7 seconds (see photo). Chop cleanly, not soft like in a large food processor. Easy to wash. Enormous time savings. Suitable for a small family, college dormitory or travel.
