It's very cold in my office, like in many others. I sat with a plush blanket on my knees and couldn't take it anymore. I took a chance ordering this and it's one of the best chances I've ever had. It really warms me up. I plugged it into a USB wallbox, not a computer. I wear it 5-6 hours a day, 5 days a week. I've had it for a month now and it's still hot! I have to say when I first used it I didn't find it that warm. Then I opened the pillow and noticed that the heating element was under the foam pillow. I moved it to sit on top of the foam insert and lo and behold, toasted buns!
