It just came in a small plastic bag, not even sealed. The backs are missing. Racks bent to the limit cannot even be straightened without breaking. $13 damaged unwanted item required to travel to Coles to return and wait over a week for a refund. Everyone around us is disappointed and annoyed! Seriously, the posts look like they went through a crimping machine!
