I also have a Flexzilla air drum. The air reel came with a range of hardware and was fairly easy to install by removing the bracket. The extension drum is supplied without any accessories. Also, you need to remove the bracket to facilitate ceiling/wall mounting. The "pins" that attach the strut to the spool are screwed in with these small screws and can be difficult to insert once removed. Worked well, but besides the lack of hardware, there's just something to consider when building. Little things aside, I love it.
