Disappointing - misleading photo

Photo is misleading, shown with long lower stem but not included... for the price it should have been included or at least tagged... Update - finally got stem and was able to install - unit installed, checked it out make sure the connection and power supply is ok, the device turned off and the cover screwed on, the device did not turn on again. performed all troubleshooting steps (reset, repair, toggle switch, disconnect and reconnect - nothing!) The device does not work. Get power when the light comes on.
