I needed a monitor stand that would fit in the narrow 2-1/2 inch space at the back of my desk and be adjustable so I could place the monitor low and in a corner due to of vision problems. This works GREAT! I'm not mechanical, but was able to install it on my desk and connect my 23" monitor with ease. The only problem was that my second monitor couldn't be connected due to the large anchor plate that attaches to the back and the cable connectors were blocked by the plate after screwing it on. So I just use one hand and it works fine.
