I really wanted one, but it didn't fit in my car socket. I sent it back not knowing how it works. Update *** received an email from Anker. They have excellent customer service. They sent me a new charger (different model) and it works great. I don't know why this one didn't fit in my car outlet, I always thought it was a one size fits all. However, the issues aside, Anker has fantastic customer service and I would buy from them again.
