Review on Wesco WESCO US Impact Wrench WS2939U by Tray Smith

This is a good impact wrench that feels durable for everyday use. It easily drives screws and bolts into wood without having to drill a hole. It has good rotation speed and stroke rate, but not great. Performance is good but noticeably less than the blue impact wrench I bought at a popular tool store. I hear Wesco's speed and hitting power is less than the other one I have. Don't get me wrong, it still serves its purpose. One of the advantages of impact wrenches is power, speed and size. Impact wrenches are typically shorter than traditional drill/drivers. However, Wesco is not shorter. This is a typical drill/driver size. Something has let me down. Its size is about 7 inches while my other impact wrench is an inch shorter. An inch longer than traditional impact wrenches reduces maneuverability and the ability to fit into tighter spaces. In this case, the size is not what you need. Interestingly, given the size, this doesn't add weight. And that's good. I find it very nice that you get a 20V battery and charger in the box, as well as impact bits and a socket wrench set. This is a complete set to get you started at a great price. This will be a great tool set at a reasonable price for any handyman.
