Very practical kitchen helper

I had one as a kid and my dad used it to cut our holiday meals. I've bought a few of my own over the years, and many grind rather than cut protein. The Meuller Ultracarver makes nice, clean slices with a lot less effort than carving by hand. The fact that the blades are dishwasher safe might be a plus for some people, but I never put my knives in the dishwasher.

Pros

420SS stainless steel blades. The blades are made from ultra sharp 420SS high carbon stainless steel and never need sharpening! You'll be processing this delicious roast quickly and even the toughest cutting jobs won't pose a problem. It is the ideal electric knife for slicing meat, poultry, tomatoes, vegetables, cakes and crusty loaves of bread without affecting the texture. This cutting blade can even be used to shape styrofoam for DIY!
