If noise-cancellation is one of the most important aspects of your purchasing decision for this product, all I can tell you is that ANC is NOT useful AT ALL in this model. I trusted the brand because I have two Skullcandy wireless headphones and I really like them, but these headphones are just useless for their noise canceling feature, why? When you activate them you don't notice a big difference, compared to other brands the ANC in this model is very, very weak! Sound quality is good and better! The clip in ear is awesome, they stay in place and don't feel crappy! I didn't really check the battery life and waterproofing as I was focusing on ANC and as soon as I got frustrated with that I returned the product. So no comments on these features. However, if you're on a budget and thinking about headphones that can play your song and do some everyday activities, then this is a good choice.
