The main reason is Wirtek has become a fast growing company and delivered many projects in a short period of time. Since Wirtek is a small company, they focus on only delivering high quality projects. Wirtek keeps its eye on every project and listens to what customers want. When we launched the Project Management module for Salesforce, Wirtek took it seriously and created an application that helps the customer run their project efficiently. Wirtek has delivered all the modules within a timeframe that was defined and agreed upon. Even though we were planning to launch a new module for the CRM system (salesforce) after a year of implementation, Wirtek managed to finish it before the deadline. Wirtek is very organized and has been able to increase the speed of delivery even further when we decided to implement automated testing. Wirtek understood that manual testing is time consuming and it takes a lot of resources to make sure that every single component works properly. This approach allowed Wirtek to get a lot of feedback about bugs and features early on.
