I love coffee, but I have to admit that yoghurt interests me the most. However, I've looked for reviews and couldn't find anything here or online that suggests if this would work well. I thought others might be interested in knowing how it turned out. We love our cold drink. As cold beer drinkers, we didn't look for a replacement. However, we make our yogurt ourselves, and using gauze or sprout bags is a cumbersome way to separate the yogurt from the whey. Enter this little beauty and "Coffee Sock". Together they are easy to use and deliver great results. In under 2 hours you'll have a creamy, thick yogurt that puts store-bought options to shame. You can choose your texture by checking it about every 15 minutes after the first hour. If you want to substitute cream cheese, leave it overnight. The attached video shows the beginning of a YouTube video I'm putting together to help others. It's much simpler than general advice. They are installed and removed much faster and easier. They also create a much purer serum. While we still love our cold drink, the fact that it can be used more than once means this product is more popular. If we want hot coffee, we get great coffee. The substance leaves many oils in the finished coffee; not as much as a French press but it's a good coffee. We love anything that can be multitasking.
