Because of my recent negative encounter with the EMLIVIAR Company, I will not be recommending their services to anyone looking to make improvements to their property. Although at first glance their online store may appear to provide a lot of variety and promise, the products they sell are of poor quality, and they do not provide satisfactory support for their customers. The tools that I bought were not robust and easily broke while I was using them, which left me frustrated and with a mess that was more difficult to clean up. The lighting fixtures that I purchased had a bad design and did not offer the level of illumination that I need for my living space. When I tried to contact customer service about these difficulties, I was met with comments that were not helpful, and I was given the impression that they did not care that I was unhappy. In conclusion, I would not recommend employing the services of EMLIVIAR Company for any home renovation projects. The products are of poor quality, and both the sales staff and the customer support representatives were unhelpful and unpleasant.
