They have been responsive to our needs and have been able to keep our expectations in check. I would highly recommend Acuative. We are looking at Acuative for a secure, scalable, and robust solution for our application. The main benefit is that you don't have to worry about setting up your own infrastructure. Everything is taken care of for you. It can be difficult to set up at first but once it's figured out it works well. We use Acuative to host our website and email and we haven't had any issues since switching over years ago. I would recommend this product if you are looking for an easy solution to keeping track of emails, websites, etc.
