Acuative - Good Solution For Email Hosting

Acuative has been a great partner for us. They have been very responsive and have helped us with our need for a secure, robust, and scalable solution. They have been responsive to our needs and have been able to keep our expectations in check. I would highly recommend Acuative. We are looking at Acuative for a secure, scalable, and robust solution for our application. The main benefit is that you don't have to worry about setting up your own infrastructure. Everything is taken care of for you.

Pros
  • Very reliable
  • Easy interface (no experience required)
  • Excellent customer service team!
  • Great value compared other solutions such as AWS or Azure.
  • Good support documentation available online through their help center section within web portal page just click "Help" tab under My Account area when logged into my account profile)
Cons
  • Occasional downtime due mainly from maintenance activities.
  • No free trial option offered currently; however there was one time offer by them last year which expired
