I love to bake all kinds of bread. Baguettes are one of my favorites, but to easily make more than one, a daybed is the way to go. The one I had before started falling apart and my daughter threw it away not knowing how often I actually used it. While browsing the many products available here on Revain, I came across an extra large Saint Germain Premium Professional Bakers Couch. It's 100% linen and lined so the rips I had on my last one shouldn't be a problem on this one. It also comes with a storage pouch which is a plus as it helps keep it clean as you aren't actually using soap or water just flour so it retains its non-stick properties over time. As it's new it was a little sticky the first time, but that's to be expected, just let the pieces dry and scrape off before storing next time.
