I received my unit via UPS this morning around 9am and it has been running continuously for 9 hours now. I will tell you that I am pleasantly surprised. Granted, it's not long, but first impressions are usually pretty accurate. It had a new scent when I first turned it on, but I put it on the turbo and let it run while I went to the store. When I came back I was happy to be greeted by a nice smelling house. I also have an IQAir and it's a beast, but it can't get the volume of a 75i in the same amount of time without sounding like a turbine. After the first hour in turbo mode, it's running on second level and I still feel like I'm constantly being sucked in fresh air. It doesn't blow at me in an annoying way, I just feel the subtle presence of moving clean air. The room I have it in is a little over 200 square meters. feet, next to the dining room and large entrance. There is almost no sound. The only time I hear it is when I hear it. I can even turbocharge and watch TV if I could. I've never said that about a purifier before. One way or another, first impressions are strong, but I understand that I bought this for the long term and this will tell more about the device. However, one of the reasons I bought the Alen was the lifetime warranty. I'll update in a while so everyone knows what's going on in the future.
