I've been looking for a good smart switch solution for a number of years and to be honest I was a bit hesitant to choose Treatlife as it wasn't one of the big names. I've been using these switches, as well as a number of their single pole switches, for over a year now with very few problems. Of the 10 switches I bought and installed, I had one switch that was faulty when I bought it. . My interaction with the support team was great, they responded quickly to my incident (even outside of the advertised support hours). The first reaction was to offer to fix a switch that ended up not working, after which a replacement switch was promptly sent to me. As I said above, buying from an obscure brand was a little annoying at first, but now I won't hesitate to buy these switches again and plan on doing so. I would like to note that I have had some minor issues with devices disconnecting from my WiFi and Google Home. I suspect this happened during a firmware update as not all switches I have are disabled at the same time. Either way, their app is great and walks you through the connection process, which is great if you don't have the initial instructions.
