Our cat started to vomit at night, sometimes heavily. A very expensive vet bill later, we found out at elimination that this food was a problem. Every other brand doesn't bother him at all, but this one seems to induce vomiting after maybe 4-5 hours. It took weeks for him to regain strength and weight. Most reviewers seem to like this brand, but I've seen other comments here and there about vomiting. Apparently some cats don't take it well for some reason. If you start having problems, give up that food first.
