I have a disability that makes me very prone to forgetting or losing things, so I need two-way communication in the tracker. I find the item active AND the tracker warns me if I leave something behind. Walnut is much better than tile. I ran Tile and Nut at the same time and Nut is by far the best tracker. The nuts on my key/wallet warn me if I leave my phone in the car. The alarm was about 50 feet from me so I could easily walk back and pick up my phone. The tile didn't notify me even though I signed up for a "premium" service that should notify me when I leave something. I got in the car and drove 1km and Thile never told me I left my purse at home. It hasn't notified me yet when the phone and tiles are disconnected. The silent feature when I'm home was causing a weird "Bluetooth Connection" popup, so I just disabled "Quiet Zone" and it stopped. This is an Android issue. If I deposit my keys in a central location, there are no warnings. Pairing the nut was a little tricky but a few tries toggling the BT on and off and it worked. Finally, the support I received from support@nutspace.com was great. Despite the time difference to the US and China, the replies were quick and helpful.
