I purchased this for my daughter at her request. She took the supplements as suggested for 3 days and had had horrible GI cramping, gas and diarrhea for 5 days now. She threw the bottle away after going to our local Holistic clinic for a CHT session. This product is just not a good one for her. Edit: 02/22/16- GreeNatr contacted me to offer a refund since my daughter did not do very well with the supplements. Their CS is better than most:) I appreciate the gesture very much.
