Review on BUFF Standard Lightweight Multifunctional Headwear by Ken Hamdan

I ordered this buff merino wool neck and face protector at the last minute for a week long bike ride through West Virginia and Tennessee. It was the best thing I bought for the trip and one of the best things I had with me. Sometimes we would start in the morning when it was freezing (32F; a day with snow on the ground). Other days were warmer but windy - 40 to 50 with wind gusts up to 30mph in the mountains. I was able to keep my face comfortable on the bike hour after hour with a neck buff. On cold days I would fold it in half and put it on the bottom of my sunglasses and over my ears. This kept my nose and mouth warm and kept the wind from getting into my ears under the helmet liner. On warm days I put it on in a layer when the wind was really gusty, or on cooler descents. It also protected my neck and face from the sun. Excellent thing. I highly recommend it. I will use it for cycling, hiking, walking, jogging and many other activities. The merino was still warm despite the wetness of my breath, and it wasn't too hot when it got warmer. The magic of merino wool. Very happy with this product so far!
