I ordered it with the nose screw. JewelStop 14k Yellow Gold CZ Notched Nose Ring Nose Screw Twist Curve - 2mm 20 Gauge This was my first time with a nose stud and I'm not 100% sure I like them. I only tried the smaller one but it felt like it would fall out. It has a very small "bulb" on one end that should hold it in your nose. He went in and out without resistance. I don't see what could be stopping him from falling out in his sleep or anything. I will say it is very beautiful on the inside and if I felt more confident I would defiantly make it my everyday nose ring. I guess I'll have to stick with the screw style.
