Fits small in coats, jackets and vests
I paid about $14 for this jacket but my normal medium size is too small. To exchange it I have to pay more than $30 I think because the price changed? I'm not worried about returns as the UPS store is 50 miles away. Looked decent for $14, but it's definitely not worth $40.
