It's difficult to rate. I had to fix it, but other than that I liked it.

Luckily we thought about the bidet until the crazy hype (Coronavirus 2020!). Received and set up quickly. That works great. Five days later, I got up in the dark in the middle of the night and stepped on a wet toilet rug. He was leaking. It could have been a complete disaster. The water was turned off, turned off because I had to go to work in a few hours and I was still tired. I spoke to BioBidet and they concluded they would send a replacement, but their stock is completely empty (and sold out at Revain) due to the pandemic and no arrival estimate. The next day I was able to remove the small cap from the valve and then put it back in to examine it. I suspected a leak from the tubes with o-rings, but it turned out to be coming from the top. There is a metal plate that holds the valve cartridge. This valve cartridge has a rubber O-ring that must remain in the cylinder or it will leak. I saw that the o-ring was pushed out. We have good/strong water pressure so I reinstalled the o-ring, put the plate in place and reconnected everything. I restricted the original stream. It worked for an hour or two, but then it started leaking again. So I took it apart again. This time I had a couple of extra rings (Harbor Freight O-ring assortment). I inserted one into the bottom groove of the cartridge and then added another one also on top to get better compression from the metal plate (this keeps the cartridge in a full seat because even with the o-ring it didn't adjust turned out to be sitting too high in the cylinder and not fully adhering to the walls). With both rings and a rubber washer on top it sits in the cylinder much better. I reconnected everything and retested at a lower pressure. It's been fine for two days. I'm considering a 'T' restricted flow nozzle so I don't have to restrict the flow to the toilet. But other than that I was able to increase the pressure and it still doesn't leak. Check it out, sure. But that seems like a fundamental design flaw, and I don't see how it could be just mine. Had it not been leaked I would have given it 5 stars for the price, it's beyond perfect. For $28, it doesn't matter how good it is as long as it ruins your upstairs black floor! I don't think I would trust it without mods, so I'm including it here as a warning. 1 STAR for viewers. 5 STARS if you fix it and no more leaks. I think it makes more sense to get a bidet (lid type) that leaks down the toilet if it ever leaks rather than one that plugs in from the side. It's just a disaster waiting in the wings. But we can't buy toilet paper and there's no bidet right now, so you've got to do what you've got to do. All of this suggests that the bidet is great. America is stupid not to use them. And I'm stupid I didn't have one before (I like them since I lived in Argentina a few years ago but just didn't invest). Ease of installation. Cozy. Easy to use. The family loves it. But home, folks! A house!
