Clock hand shifted 2 minutes, poor workmanship - Chinese made, minute hand not verified

Clock minute hand shifted 2 minutes Colorado Bureau of Standards "Atomic Time" after many days of trying to reestablish the radio time received from the radio to check signals government of Colorado. The second hand is synchronized with the Colorado radio signal as I was sitting next to this watch with the La Crosse "Atomic" radio signal. Both second hands synchronized with the Colorado radio time signal, but the minute hand did not. 2 minutes have passed.
