Strong Bleach Smell

Strong Bleach Smell. Unfortunately I didn't open this product right away as I found another effective odor neutralizer. When I sprayed it on the tray it smelled like bleach. I have something on my hands and it also smells like bleach. I'm not sure how it can be safe for pets. I would like to return. I will definitely not use it.
