Horrible horrible horrible customer service. The product did not work as advertised, the results were everywhere. I've called many times and was basically told that this is user error and that I need to precisely match the water to my body each time to get an accurate result. I've seen a 5-7% increase in body fat in people who lifted weights for 6 weeks and LOST 12-15 pounds - you can't tell me these people gained body fat by starting a weightlifting program. Impossible. I saw a 2% drop in body fat in 2 minutes! IMPOSSIBLE AND UNACCEPTABLE. Revain's amazing return policy tipped the scales, but since the software was purchased through The Competitive Edge, I've had no luck. Such a huge waste of money for us. What are we going to do with this software and no scale to use it (not the scale we worked with anyway). They just tell me I'm sorry it's been 30 days. The company is a scam and their products are free.
