A good product, but having its own defects.

there is no display at all on the scales, the readings are transmitted to the Garmin watch and through them to the computer, or directly to the computer via Garmin USB ANT + (wireless interface). But graphs of all parameters are saved, both on my computer and on Tanita and / or Garmin portals. For normal installation of the program "Healthy Edge Lite" in the language settings of the computer, you need to configure . as a decimal separator and ; to separate lists.

Pros
  • high-quality assembly, accurate stable measurements, the results are stored in the computer and on Tanita and / or Garmin portals
Cons
  • a free program from Tanita - Healthy Edge Lite - on the . com portal, not Russified and not always installed immediately

The quality is top notch, be sure to try it.

With its pros. Excellent scales, I have been using it for about 10 years, it really helps to track the dynamics of indicators, in combination with Garmin Connect is an excellent tool. Different cons: A few years ago, Garmin, due to its own redneck, completely refused to support this manufacturer, you have to use either old Garmin devices or an Android application.

Good product, good quality, not bad.

Good high-tech design, looks more expensive than cheap. They perform their direct functions with a bang, but there are a number of negative points, the scales are categorically not suitable for a simple purpose - I walked by, weighed myself, noted the weight in my head. There is a whole story here, I inserted a USB flash drive, turned on the program (if Garmin ANT Agent is on, then turned it off first), waited for the LED to light up, weighed myself, looked at the results. That is, this is not…

Pros
  • Paradise for dataphiles. The maximum number of possible measurements for the scale (except for the pulse). Good work with the Garmin 910XT heart rate monitor (the data differs slightly from the data displayed in the proprietary Healthy Edge program). Integration with Garmin Connect and SportTracks (via paid plugin).
Cons
  • Lack of screen, impossibility of quick measurements. The software does not have the ability to export data.

Body composition scale ideal for training as an athlete

Have one in Brazil, it's useful when preparing for SUP races. Bought for use in Maine, where I also train in North America during the summer and early fall. The only complaint is that I can't get it to serve online charts and listings for a second user while it allows up to four profiles (single users).

Pros
  • Health monitor
Cons
  • New members

A great introduction to body composition

While the accuracy of any device that uses a container to measure muscle, bone, water and body fat is debatable, this scale works great with my Garmin 910. I'm a compulsive data collector , so I'm used to drawing a trend line or regression of data points that change from day to day. If you need precision, visit the Olympic Training Center with a dive tank or body pod. This is the only way to get more accurate and consistent readings.

Pros
  • Body Composition Monitors
Cons
  • No Automatic

Horrible horrible horrible customer service and shoddy product

Horrible horrible horrible customer service. The product did not work as advertised, the results were everywhere. I've called many times and was basically told that this is user error and that I need to precisely match the water to my body each time to get an accurate result. I've seen a 5-7% increase in body fat in people who lifted weights for 6 weeks and LOST 12-15 pounds - you can't tell me these people gained body fat by starting a weightlifting program. Impossible. I saw a 2% drop in body

Pros
  • Health and Household
Cons
  • Needs an outlet
