I was pleased that it was easy to register a warranty through an app I didn't even know existed. However, the warranty registration does not work. It came with almost no battery. It wasn't entirely clear how to connect everything until I found something to connect the cable from the wall to the side charging dock. I also didn't realize it was going to be a separate charging station and cleaning station. I liked the convenience of my previous ones where I just stick the razor in and everything happens based on the buttons I press. Maybe this is useful because I can have the cleaner anywhere and have to pinch something to replace the cleaning liquid, but that's rarely necessary and this method takes up more space on your desk. Due to the design of the rounded triple heads, it is difficult to trim the hair on the sides where it attaches to the head hair. Haven't found a way to adjust it. Because the idea behind the app is that every time you shave, you have to take your phone with you, open the app, press buttons and go through menus and so on. I made sure to shave in circular motions the whole time and even if there were some bumps in certain areas of my face, if not 100% it had to be at least 90+. However, he said 71%.
