This is a very good and flexible support. It has 3 straps and is the perfect ankle protector in my opinion. First, I've had my fair share of ankle supports, and the ones you tie like shoes aren't the ones you need to get. They tend to loosen like shoes if you keep walking and therefore give you the chance to re-injure yourself. So it's best to get one that has laces and straps so you get extra protection and also don't come loose. This type of protector also feels good when you put it on, which is always a plus and gives you more bang for your buck. Trust me I broke a bone in my leg about 8 weeks ago and had to wear one like this. I stand right here and say that these are amazing braces.
