These are great for my opinion
They hold up very well to the heat. I can grab food directly or dip my hands in boiling water. They protect your forearm too when reaching in the back of the oven or smoker. I've even picked up hot coal with it (very quickly) to avoid burning my deck. I'm never going back to regular oven mitts.Cleaning is super easy, simply wash your hands with dish soap.
- pick up 440 degree dishes no problem. they are little stiff but they do the job.
- Didn't protect my hands from the broiling heat.
